I hereby declare that I am aware that the game of paintball involves participants shooting at each other (combat simulation) with pneumatically powered markers using gelatin and food-grade paint balls. I am also aware that the markers used by participants are powered by compressed air or carbon dioxide and propel projectiles at an initial speed of up to 90 m/s over a distance of up to 60 m, including in bursts.

I additionally declare that I am aware that participation in paintball games is safe only when the player follows the safety rules; otherwise it carries a risk of accidents, i.e. bruises, abrasions, fractures, and also, in case of violating the rules, e.g. removing the mask on the playing field, loss of one or both eyes, and all possible accidents may lead to loss of sight or health.

I declare that I consent to my ward bearing such risk, and I guarantee that my ward will follow the safety rules and regulations. They will not remove the mask during games, will not shoot at people without masks, at animals, or at any private property. In the event of non-compliance with the above-mentioned safety rules, I assume full responsibility for my ward.
